Đầu phát HD Dune 303D được trang bị chipset Sigma 8672/8673, đã hổ trợ đầy đủ tính năng 3D cho Bluray. Ngoài ra về cơ bản, Dune 303D có những tính năng được thừa kế từ mẫu Đầu HD rất thành công trước đó là Dune 301

Thiết kế: 

- Bên ngoài, máy Dune HD TV 303D trông giống hệt giống như các mô hình trước đó - Dune HD 301 
- Hầu như không thấy sự khác biệt nào giữa Dune HD TV-301 và Dune HD TV-303D từ bên ngoài 
- Trường hợp nhấn mạnh thiết kế đơn giản mà không có bất kỳ "kiểu cách" như nào như: bề mặt bóng loáng hoặc chèn kim loại đen 

Mặt trước: logo của công ty và tên của model sản phẩm - Dune HD và một cổng hồng ngoại



Mặt sau: cổng USB 3.0 (Slave), khác 2.0 USB, cổng Optical ra âm thanh quang học, 1 jack AV out, 1 cổng HDMI 1.4, jack mở rộng hồng ngoại, cổng Gigabit LAN



Bên phải: đầu đọc thẻ nhớ SD và một cổng USB 2.0



Bên trái: khay gắn ổ cứng gắn trong 2,5"





Mặt đáy: làm bằng kim loại giúp thiết bị làm mát tốt hơn. Dune 303D đứng trên bốn chân cao su lớn, do đó hầu như không trượt trên bề mặt nhẵn. 



Remote điều khiền không có gì thay đổi 





Dune HD TV-303D chơi được dựa trên chipset Sigma Designs 8672/8673 (trong mô hình 301 được sử dụng SMP8670). Theo nhà sản xuất, các chip mới với tốc độ 800 MHz (mô hình trước đó - 700 MHz), có một bộ nhớ cache trong cấp độ thứ hai và bộ xử lý để xử lý 3D - đồ họa. Kết quả là, nó chiếm hơn 60% hiệu xuất và giải mã H.264 1080p60 và MVC.
